We are constantly investing in cutting edge technologies for the machine base, which is exclusively made up of numerically controlled lathes, machining centres and special machines designed and built by CCN. CCN can handle the integration of robots on these machines.










The company has also built a full automated line for the manufacturing of a specific part for the motor industry. It includes transfer-type machines, machining centres, a high pressure, 1000-bar deburring machine, an integrated washing unit and a tightness checking unit.

This cutting edge equipment offers a high level of productivity allowing us to maintain full control over the manufacturing processes in adherence to the ISO TS 16949 standard, also keeping production costs effectively under control and adhering to our commitments on turnaround times.



Blanks suitable for mass production and produced using all currently-known techniques are machined, even including some based on alloys with highly advanced mechanical properties.

Our know-how means that we can carry out finishing operations using hard turning on parts treated at more than 62 HRc.

CCN incorporates the ISO 14001 environmental system by building up safety stocks depending upon the products being manufactured, computerised management and thorough traceability at all stages of the production process.
These processes are part of the computer-aided production management system (CCN is introducing SAP by the end of 2008).
