This department is firmly customer-oriented and offers genuine partnership.
The R&D team works with:

• A design firm
• An engineering school

Since 2001 the company has committed itself to the design and development of new composite materials which meet the product's technical, qualitative and economic specification.
Thus CCN has created a new patented filled plastic material to replace aluminium parts in order to cut costs (weight saving and does not require any additional machining).

2 typified by composites were developed.

This material can stand up to 120° C continuously.
These parts are made by injection with the possibility of adding metal inserts.

The Methods Department uses the Solidworks software package.
